Amazing Buy Hub

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 30 September 2026

These terms apply when you buy products from Amazing Buy Hub (amazingbuyhub.com). Please read them before placing an order.

1. Who we are

Amazing Buy Hub is an online shop selling to customers in the United Kingdom. Seller name and legal status: [To be confirmed: trading name / legal entity (sole trader or company, company number)]. Business address: [To be confirmed: geographic business address].

Contact: amazingbuyhub@gmail.com.

2. How we sell

Products are dispatched directly to you by our UK-based suppliers and fulfilment partners, not from our own warehouse. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels.

3. Your account and placing an order

  • You can browse without an account. To add items to your basket and check out you sign in with Google or with an email and password, so we can send your order confirmation and receipt.
  • Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when your payment is confirmed and we send the order confirmation email.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after payment (for example, the supplier runs out of stock), we will tell you and refund you in full for that item.

4. Prices, delivery charges and tax

  • All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP).
  • Delivery charges are calculated after you enter your delivery address and are shown, together with the total, before you pay. Checkout is blocked if a delivery charge cannot be calculated.
  • Amazing Buy Hub is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added to your order and our receipts are order receipts, not VAT invoices.
  • If a product is clearly mispriced because of an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe (cards and supported wallets). We never see or store your full card details. You are charged when you confirm payment.

6. Delivery

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You have a legal right to cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy.

8. Faulty goods and your statutory rights

Products must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

9. Product information and AI assistant

We aim to describe products accurately using information from our suppliers. Our AI shopping assistant ("Buddy") gives general guidance only; the product page, these terms and our policies take priority over anything it says.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

11. Privacy

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Complaints and governing law

If you have a complaint, email amazingbuyhub@gmail.com with your order number. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
