Delivery Policy

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. All products sold in the shop are dispatched from UK locations. [To be confirmed: any excluded areas (e.g. Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland, BFPO)]

• The delivery charge depends on the items in your basket and is calculated after you enter your delivery address.
• The delivery charge and the full total are shown before you pay. If a delivery charge cannot be calculated for an item, checkout will not let you pay.

Items are sent directly by our UK suppliers, usually by a tracked service. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels. Estimated dispatch time: [To be confirmed: dispatch time]. Estimated delivery time: [To be confirmed: delivery time range].

If your order has not arrived within 30 days, you can ask to cancel and receive a full refund.

When a supplier provides tracking, you can see it in your account order details and in order update emails. If a parcel arrives damaged or is missing, email amazingbuyhub@gmail.com with your order number. See also our Returns & Refund Policy.
