Returns & Refund Policy

• You can cancel and return most items within 14 days of delivery, even if you simply changed your mind (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations).
• Change of mind: the customer pays the return postage.
• Faulty, damaged or wrong items: we cover the return cost. Tell us as soon as possible, ideally with a photo.
• Items should be unused and complete, with all parts and accessories.
• Sealed hygiene items (for example cosmetics or personal care) cannot be returned once the seal is opened, unless faulty.
• Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

1. Email amazingbuyhub@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item and the reason for returning it.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions. Some items ship from different UK suppliers, so please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
3. Pack the item securely, ideally in its original packaging, and send it using a tracked service. Keep your proof of postage.
4. Once the item arrives and is checked, we refund you to your original payment method within 14 days.

• Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
• If you cancel the whole order within 14 days, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid.
• We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than needed to check it, as the law allows.
• If an item is out of stock after you paid, we refund it in full.
